How to install Premiere plugin

  1. Download the plugin at https://jsyntax-premiere-pro-plugin.dedux.ca

  2. Unzip the contents of jsyntax-workflow-plugin-vx.x.x.zip

  3. Copy that newly created folder to your Premiere Pro extensions folder under CEP\\extensions.

    for Mac (create CEP/extensions folders if it doesn’t exist)

    /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions

    for Windows (any of the 3 folders below)

  4. Open Premiere Pro and open a project

How to create YouTube chapter links from timeline markers

  1. In a Premiere Pro project, add markers to your timeline.

    1. When adding markers, make sure NO clip on your timeline is selected!

  2. Name your marker.

  3. Repeat step 1 - 2 as many times as needed (click image to expand)

  4. Open the JSyntax Workflow plugin and click “Copy markers to clipboard”

  5. Paste the chapter links in your YouTube video.
